WebiPhone 7 audio IC repair. I have an iPhone 7 with classic audio ic problem. Speaker greyed out, took ages to start. As usual I removed the big audio ic, did 4 jumpers, reballed the ic and put it back. The speaker worked fine after audio ic repair. But it only worked fine for about an hour, then suddenly the phone automatically restarted, after ... WebIt affects all iPhone 7 and 7 plus models only. If you take it into the Apple store, and talk to the right person they may end up swapping the phone for you even though it’s out of warranty. Apple originally had recognized the issue in internal documents, but is not recognizing it publicly.
